从痰论治老年痴呆研究述评

中医药治疗老年痴呆具有明显的优势,且从痰论治本病具有鲜明的特色。文章从病因病机、辨证分型、选用方药、体质特征及化痰药物作用机制的现代研究等方面进行了评述,提出应将痰邪作为本病的研究专题,在诊断和治疗方面可以痰邪为中心进行客观化和标准化研究,在痰邪致病的作用机制方面应积极探索现代医学客观指征,以期丰富中医药辨治老年痴呆的内容和提高临床疗效。
