“积”病治当温散

古代文献对"积"病的记载多认为是阴寒之邪所生,如《灵枢.百病始生篇》云:"积之始生,得寒乃生,厥乃成积也"。治疗主张温散,多用辛热之品。而现代医家治疗与"积"病相关的一些现代重大疾病,如肝纤维化、肿瘤等,多从痰、瘀、虚论治,很少从温散论治。临床也有运用治疗"五积"古方治疗与"积"病相关的一些现代重大疾病的报道,并取得很好的疗效,从而认识到以温散为大法,在古方的基础上继承创新,这将对提高与"五积"相关的一些现代重大疾病的临床疗效具有很重要意义,也是对中医继承和发展很好的诠释。

Treatment of 'ji' disease by warming and scatterring

Ancient literature on ’ji’ disease record of most believed that it was caused by cold.Lingshu?Baibing Shisheng recorded that ’ji disease caused by cold’.Treatment advocated warm and scatter,and often used tepid nature medicine.Modern physicians treat some modern major disease related with ’ji’disease,such as liver fibrosis,tumor,often focused on sputum,stasis,weak,but seldom on warm and scatter.Clinical also have used ’five ji’of ancient formula to treat some modern major disease related with ’ji’ disease,and got very good curative effect,thus realized using warm and scatter therapy,inheriting and innovation on the basis of ancient formula,which will improve the clinical curative effect of some modern major disease related with ’five ji’ and has important significance for TCM,also be the good interpretation of inheritance and development.
