| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通络刮痧和中药治疗乳腺增生病的疗效。方法:将80例符合乳腺增生病患者随机分为2组:治疗组(通络刮痧和中药)和对照组(乳癖消片)各40例。观察2组综合疗效、症状与体征改善情况、血清性激素水平及乳腺钼靶摄片检查。结果:3个月后,治疗组疗效、症状与体征和钼靶变化显著(P<0.05),与对照组比较均有显著疗效(P<0.05),两组均能有效降低血清中泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),但治疗组下降幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清中孕酮(P)水平出现升高(P<0.05)。结论:通络刮痧和中药治疗乳腺增生病疗效可靠。
