| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加减葫芦巴丸对子宫内膜异位症(腺肌病)痛经的临床疗效及血清CA125的影响。方法:运用加减葫芦巴丸治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症(腺肌病)痛经患者40例,观察治疗3个月前后在症状、体征变化、生活质量及CA125等指标的改变。结果:40例患者总有效率95%,治疗前后CA125有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:加减葫芦巴丸可有效缓解内异症(腺肌病)患者痛经症状,降低血清CA125水平,是治疗该病安全有效的药物。
