| 摘 要： | 从心与脾胃部位相邻、经络相通、五行相关、功能相关、脾胃功能失调形成胸痹的机制5个方面讨论心胃相关,探讨"心胃同治法"的理论依据;强调心与脾胃生理关系密切,病变易互相影响,调理脾胃对胸痹、心痛的治疗具有重要意义;结合临床应用,验证了"心胃同治"法的合理性和临床意义。
