| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺、中药相结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组。其中,治疗组25例采用针刺配合中药内服的方法治疗,对照组25例给予艾灸和中药内服相结合的方法治疗,两组按规定疗程治疗后进行疗效评定。结果:参照Lequesne评分和Shahariarre疗效标准,治疗组平均为(3.71±1.81)分,优17例,良4例,可3例,无效1例,有效率达96.0%。对照组平均为(4.12±1.32)分,优9例,良7例,可6例,无效3例,有效率88.0%。经统计软件分析,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与艾灸结合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎相比,针药结合治疗,在缓解疼痛,恢复膝关节功能等方面具有较大优势。
