| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨解郁醒脾方对肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的临床治疗效果。方法:将60例抑郁症肝郁脾虚型患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组30例,分别给予解郁醒脾方及氟西汀治疗,用药疗程均为6周。在治疗前和治疗后,对两组的汉密顿(HAMD)量表评分和中医证候疗效进行对比观察。结果:治疗前两组的HAMD量表总评分经t检验,无明显统计差异;两组治疗前后组内比较其P值均小于0.05;两组治疗后比较P=0.434>0.05,无明显的统计学差异。中医症状总体疗效为:治疗组与对照组总体疗效经Ridit检验,U=0.608,P=0.543>0.05,两组无明显统计学差异。结论:解郁醒脾方对肝郁脾虚型抑郁症有很好的临床疗效。
