| 摘 要： | 目的:观察神应养真饮对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法:89例患者随机分成治疗组45例,对照组44例,治疗组服用神应养真饮,对照组服用盐酸氟桂利嗪(西比灵),常规治疗相同。结果:在治疗组,治愈21例(46.7%),显效12例26.6%),有效8例(17.8%),无效4例(8.9%),总有效率91.1%;而在对照组,治愈9例(20.5%),显效13例(29.5%),有效17例(38.6%),无效5例(11.4%),总有效率88.6%。神应养真饮与盐酸氟桂利嗪(西比灵)在治疗偏头痛有效率方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在痊愈率方面二者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:神应养真饮治疗偏头痛在治愈率方面疗效优于盐酸氟桂利嗪(西比灵)。
