妇科恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能状态分析

摘    要:目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能状况及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术技术检测108例妇科恶性肿瘤患者及17例健康正常人的外周血淋巴细胞亚群,并作比较分析。结果与健康正常人比较,妇科恶性肿瘤患者CD4+T淋巴细胞百分率、NK细胞百分率、CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高(P<0.05),CD3+、CD8+T淋巴细胞百分率明显降低(P<0.05),CD19+(B淋巴细胞)在两组间比较的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者存在免疫功能紊乱,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞检测可作为细胞免疫功能的指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the immune function and its clinical significance in patients with gynecology malignant tumor. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry in 108 cases with gynecological ma lignant tumor and 17 healthy cases. Results In the patients with cancers, the proportion of CD4^+T lymphocyte, natural killer cell, and the CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio were increased, while CD3^+ , CD8^+ T lymphocyte were decreased significantly, compared with normal control (P〈0.05). The proportion of CD19^+ (B lymphocyte) '.showed no difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion In patients with gynecological malignant tumor exists immune dysfunction. The detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell can be used as one of the indicators of cell immune dysfunction.
