关于磁感应热疗技术治疗软组织肿瘤近期疗效和安全性的临床报告

摘    要:目的评估热籽磁感应热疗技术治疗软组织肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法对6例受试者的8处病灶在CT模拟机下行增强扫描,图像输入磁感应治疗计划系统(MTPS 2.0)计算热籽和热场的分布。按照实时计划进行热籽插植。在50 Hz交变磁场下进行磁感应热疗,并通过热电偶对肿瘤中心及周边区域进行测温,以(50±2)℃的温度持续20~30min对肿瘤靶区进行治疗。治疗每2~4d1次,共治疗6次。结果总体有效率(CR+PR)75%(6/8)。均未出现严重全身毒副反应。结论热籽磁感应加温治疗是一种可耐受、较为安全可行的软组织肿瘤治疗方法。治疗病例的远期疗效仍需大样本的临床研究和进一步随访进行评估。

Abstract:Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of magnetic induction thermotherapy on patients with soft tissue tumor.Methods A local anesthetic was injected around the treatment site.Transplantation template was fixed.CT enhanced scanning was performed and the images were imported into MTPS 2.0 and the distribution of thermoseeds and thermo field were determined.Transplantation was operated according to the real-time plan.Magnetic induction thermotherapy was performed in 50 Hz alternating magnetic fields.The temperature of the central and around areas of tumor was detected by thermocouples.The target area was heated in the temperature of(50±2)℃ for 20~30 min.A total of 6 treatments were performed with once for every 2~4 days.Results 8 lesions in 6 patients were treated.Overall effectiveness(PR+CR) was 75%(6/8).No serious systemic toxic side effects in all the 6 patients were recorded.Conclusion Magnetic induction thermotherapy is a tolerated and safe approach to tumor treatment.However large clinical trials are needed to access its long-term effectiveness.
