巩固疗法治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病137例临床观察

目的探讨伊曲康唑胶囊联合达克宁栓巩固疗法治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗效果。方法 2009年1月至2010年12月我院门诊诊治的复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者137例随机分成两组,A组68例为对照组,口服伊曲康唑胶囊及每晚睡前用2%碳酸氢钠溶液坐盆,洗净外阴阴道后联合达克宁栓治疗,B组69例为治疗组,采用巩固疗法,即在对照组用药的基础上,在月经来潮前后再使用1盒达克宁栓,连续用药3个月经周期。结果伊曲康唑胶囊联合达克宁栓巩固疗法治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病复发率低,两组比较有统计学意义。结论伊曲康唑胶囊联合达克宁栓巩固疗法是治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌的有效措施,因其简单,经济,副反应小,疗效高,复发率低值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on consolidation treatment for 137 cases with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effectof consolidation treatment,featured by Itraconazole capsule combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories,on recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis（RVVC）.Methods 137 cases with RVVC,who were diagnosed and treatment-given in outpatient clinic of our hospital from January 2009 to December2010,were randomlydivided into two groups,and amongthe two groups,Group A,as the control group,included 68 cases,who were subjected to oral administration of the traconazole capsule,tub therapy with 2% Sodium Bicarbonate solution every night before sleep,and vulvovaginal cleaning in combination with the subsequent treatment of miconazole nitrate suppositories,and Group B,as the treatment group,included 69 cases,who were subjected to the consolidation treatment,on the basis of the control group,1 miconazole nitrate suppository was used before and after menstrual onset and this medication continued for 3 menstrual onsets.Results Low recurrence rate was obtained in case of adopting the consolidation treatment,featured by itraconazole capsule combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories,for RVVC,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The consolidation treatment,featured by Itraconazole capsule combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories,is an effective measure against RVVC,and is worthy of clinical population and application due to its great simplicity and economical efficiency,small side reaction,high therapeutic effect and lowrecurrence rate.
