| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液联合前列地尔治疗急性黄疸型肝炎疗效。方法将120例急性黄疸型肝炎患者分为2组,治疗组62例在常规治疗的基础上应用复方甘草酸苷注射液联合前列地尔,对照组58例患者在常规治疗的基础上给予门冬氨酸钾镁注射液。疗程为4周。结果治疗结束时治疗组临床症状、肝功能指标等明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液联合前列地尔能有效治疗急性黄疸型肝炎,安全性良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the compound Glycyrrhizic acid injection and Alprostadil in acute icteri chepatitis.Methods 120 acute icteri chepatitis were randomlydivided into treatgroup and control group.Patients in treat group（62） were treated with the compound Glycyrrhizic Acid injection and Alprostadil forfourweeks.However,patientsin control group（58） withforpotassiummagnesiumaspartate injection one month.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional treatment.Results Treatment groups such as clinical symptoms,liver function indexwas significantlybetter than the control group（P0·05）.Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizic Acid injection and Alprostadil is effective and safe in acute icteric hepatitis. |
