| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法回顾分析320例行胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。护理工作包括术前做好心理护理、皮肤及脐部准备、肠道准备；术后病情及并发症观察、鼓励和协助患者早期下床活动。结果该组患者无一例切口感染及明显并发症发生。患者平均5d治愈出院。结论围手术期周到细致的护理是手术成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore nursing measures of the Peri-operative Period of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Methods Review and analyze the clinical information of 320 cases of Peri-operative Period of Laparoscopic Cholecysteetomy. The nursing measures include pre-operation psychological preparation, skin, umbilicus and intestine preparation, after-operation conditions and complication observation, encouragement and assistance of early off-bed movement. Results None of the suffers have cut infection and obvious complication. The average healing period is 5 days.Conclusion Good nursing is an important guarantee of a successful operation. |
