| 摘 要： | 目的：建立润益口服液制剂的质量控制标准。方法：用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中草药的有效成分。结果：用薄层色谱法鉴别润益口服液中的麦冬，玄参、大青叶、桔梗等有效成分，专属性强，灵敏度高，稳定性好，检出斑点清晰。结论：为润益口服液的质量控制建立了可靠的检测方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a standard to control the quality of Runyi Oral Liquid.Methods:The effecctive components in herbs were identified by TLC.Results:The effective components of Runyi Oral Liquid,such as Dwarf,Radix Scrophulariae,Dyers woad leaf and Bauoonflower were identified by TLC.The method is specific,sensitive and stable.Conclusion:A reliable method is established for the quality control of Runyi Oral Liquid. |
