| 摘 要： | 目的优选了哥王醇提工艺条件。方法分剐以浸膏得率、西瑞香素浸出量与两者的综合评分为评价指标，采用单因素试验及正交试验对影响浸出的主要因素进行优化。结果最佳提取工艺条后为：以55％乙醇为提取溶剂，加乙醇浸泡1h，回流提取2次、加醇量分别为10倍、8倍量，提取时间分别为1．5、1．0h。结论优选的提取工艺可为了哥王制剂的工业化生产提供实验依据。
