| 摘 要： | 对７７例Ⅱ型糖尿病并发糖尿病肾病患者甲襞微循环刊物了观察，并与７６例无ＤＮ患者进行比较。结果表明，Ⅱ型糖尿病并发ＤＮ组患者微血管流态和袢 周状态均有显著显著异常，与无ＤＮ组比较，ＤＮ患者血流速度明显减慢，并有明显的血细胞聚集和衬周渗出。

| Abstract: | in order to study the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and microcirculation,thenailfold microcirculation in 77 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic nephropathy(DN)were observed. Compared with 76 cases without DN,it was found that there were more evident abnormalities of the forms of blood flow and the states around the loop in patients with DN, including markedlyslowed velocity of blood flow,increased aggregation of blood cells and obvious exudation around the loop.Logistic multiple regression analysis indicated that the change of the microcirculation was as independentrisk factor for DN (OR: 1. 46, 95% CI: 1. 18-2. 28). |
