糖尿病332例神经传导速度检测分析

对３３２例糖尿病患者肢体神经传导速度（ＮＣＶ）检测结果及临床情况进行回顾性分析。结果显示：Ⅰ型糖尿病４８例中，ＮＣＶ异常率为７７．１％，略高于Ⅱ型糖尿病２８４例中的６６．２％，总异常率为６７．８％。Ⅱ型糖悄病者病程〉５年组的ＮＣＶ阳性率（７４．５％）高于≤５年组。３３２例共检测神经２５４６条，其中运动神经传导速度（ＭＣＶ）检测异常率（３７．０％）和感觉神经传导速度（ＮＣＶ）经（３５．２％）相似。各

An analysis of nerve conduction velocity in 332 diabetes patients

The nerve conduction velocity (NCV) of extremities and its related influential factors in 332 diabetic patients were evaluated retrospectively. The results showed that the rate of NCV impairment (RNI) was totally 67. 8%, with 77. 1 % in type l diabetes mellitus(48 cases) and 66. 2% in type 2 diabetes mellitus(284 cases). There was no significant difference between them (P > 0. 05 ). NCV was determined in a total of 2546 nerves. The RNI of motor NCV(MCV)was 37 %, similar to that of sensory NCV (SCV) 35. 3%, P > 0. 05. There was 11. 4% showing only unilateral nerve impairment among the 740 pairs of nerves determined bilaterally. 43. 6% of RNI in the 740 pairs of nerves was higher than the 33. 8% in the 1066 nerves determined unilaterally (P <0. 05). The RNI of SCV in patients with clinical signs was higher than that without any signs. The present data suggest that it's important to determine NCV bilaterally and in symptomatic limbs, so as not to miss the diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy.
