参地益阴胶囊治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的：观察参地益阴胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：选定气阴两虚的2型糖尿病患者63例，随机分为中西药治疗组（简称治疗组）43例和西药治疗对照组（简称对照组）20例。两组患者均给予常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗同时加服格列本脲2．5mg；治疗组在常规治疗与对照组基础上加服参地益阴胶囊。结果：治疗组显效35例，有效7例，总有效率97．5％；对照组显效8例，有效6例，总有效率70．0％；两组患者总有效率比较有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。在血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白等指标方面，治疗组均有明显改善。结论：参地益阴胶囊对2型糖尿病的疗效确切．且未发现明显毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。

Shendi Yiyin Capsule on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective：To observe the effect of Shendi Yiyin capsule （SDYYC） on type 2 Diabetes Mellitus （T2DM）. Methods：63 T2DM of deficiency of both qi and yintype were divided into treatment group by 43 （administrated by both SDYYC and Giibenclamide）and control group by 20 （given Glibenclamide 2.5 rag）. Results：35 cases in the treatment group showed to be obviously effective and 7 effective,with the total effectiveness rate being 97.5%. For the control group, 8 were obviouly effective and 6 effect,with the total effectiveness rate being 70%. There was significant difference between two groups in total effectiveness（P〈0.05）. Blood sugar,blood fat, glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment group improved greatly. Conclusion：SDYYC is effective on T2DM without side effect and deserves to be popularized.
