早期微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血45例临床观察

目的观察脑出血早期（〈24h）微创血肿清除术的疗效和再出血的危险性。方法90例高血压脑出血患者随机分为2组：保守组45例，给予内科常规治疗措施；微创组45例，在保守组治疗的基础上进行微创血肿清除术。比较2组发病1个月和6个月的疗效和再出血的危险性。结果微创组的近期疗效和远期疗效均优于保守组，差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）；2组在各个时间段再出血发生率比较差异无显著意义（P〉0．05）。结论脑出血30—80ml者采用早期微创血肿清除术治疗的效果优于保守治疗，且不会增加出血的危险性。

Early minimally invasive removal of hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage clinical observation of 45 cases

Objective To observe the early stage of cerebral hemorrhage(<24 h)of minimally invasive surgery to remove hematoma of the efficacy and the risk of rebleeding.Methods 90 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups:45 cases of conservative groups,given conventional medical treatment;45 cases of minimally invasive group in the conservative group on the basis of the treatment of minimally invasive surgery to remove hematoma.Comparison of 2 months and an incidence of 6 months the efficacy and the risk of rebleeding.Results The minimally invasive group and long-term effect of short-term efficacy are better than the conservative group,the difference was significant(P<0.01);2 group at all time periods and then compared the incidence of bleeding was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The cerebral hemorrhage were 30～80 ml of early adoption of minimally invasive surgery to remove hematoma treatment is superior to conservative treatment,and will not increase the risk of bleeding.
