重庆市九龙坡区2003-2011年免费抗结核药利用效果分析

目的：评价重庆市九龙坡区免费抗结核药的利用效果。方法：收集重庆市九龙坡区2003-2011年肺结核初诊登记本、肺结核患者治疗情况登记本、实验室痰涂片登记本、患者病历、年度工作报表等,对肺结核患者的治愈率、不良反应、治疗失败、死亡、丢失、外迁情况等进行统计、分析。结果：利用政府提供的免费抗结核药（异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺）,共为4713例肺结核患者进行治疗,治愈或完成疗程者有4318例,占治疗总数的91.62%。其中,初治涂阳1799例,治愈率为94.94%;复治涂阳173例,治愈率为86.13%。结论：重庆市九龙坡区实施免费抗结核药治疗9年间效果显著,达到了世界银行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目的要求,有效地控制了结核病在该区的蔓延。

Effect Analysis of Free Anti-TB Agents in Chongqing Jiulongpo District from 2003 to 2011

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effect of free anti-TB agents in Chongqing Jiulongpo district. METHODS ： First visiting records, treatment records, sputum smear records, medical record of patients and annual report forms of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were collected in Chongqing Jiulongpo district from 2003--2011. Cure rate, ADR, treatment failure, death, missing, outward migration, in pulmonary tuberculosis patients were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Through treatment of free anti-TB agents （isonicotinyl hydrazide, rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide） by local government, totally 4 713 pulmonary tuberculosis patients received treatment and 4 318 patients were cured or received complete treatment course with ratio of 91.62%. There were 1 799 cases of initial cure active tuberculosis with cure rate of 94.94%, 173 cases of retreatment with cure rate of 86.13%. CONCLUSIONS： In 9 years, the practice of free anti-TB agents funded by Chongqing Jiulong district is effective, which is in line with the requirements of WB/DFID TB control project and control the spreading of TB in the area effectively.
