我院静脉用药调配中心运行初期的工作模式探讨

目的：探讨如何做好静脉用药调配中心运行初期的管理工作，确保初期运行顺畅．~Lx-作全面顺利展开。方法：介绍某院静脉用药调配中心在试运行及全面开展过程中，对运行管理、工作流程、药物配置、信息系统、合理用药等各方面常见问题进行记录汇总、分析探讨、摸索创新并建立管理工作模式的情况。结果与结论：在静脉用药调配中心运行初期，该院在保证配液质量安全的前提下，通过对常见问题的分析解决及持续改进，完善了信息系统，优化了工作流程，提高了工作效率，各个流程和环节均得到了不断改进，从而实现了静脉用药调配中心工作的安全运行及全面开展。

Exploration of Operating Mode of PIVAS at the Initial Operation Stage in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To explore the management of Pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIVAS） at the initial stage, and to ensure that all the work could be done smoothly. METHODS： At the initial operation stage and work process, the operation management, work flow, drug disposition, information system, rational drug use and other aspects of common problems were ana- lyzed, summarized, explored and established in the management mode. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： At the initial operation peri- od of PIVAS, under the premise of the safety and quality, common problems were analyzed, resolved and improved continuously to promote information system, optimized the procedure and improved work efficiency. Continuous improvement are achieved in procedure and links to realize the safe operation and comprehensive development of PIVAS.
