我国制药企业技术能力的提升——基于跨案例的研究

目的:为制药企业选择技术创新战略提供参考。方法:以技术创新理论为基础,运用跨案例研究方法,对华东A股份有限公司与浙江B股份有限公司在国际合作的技术战略、合作和避专利工艺方面进行分析。结果与结论:在国际合作方面,A公司主要是采取建立合资公司的方式,B公司则是与跨国公司(MNE)形成战略联盟合作共同开发新药。后者从与MNE的竞争到合作开发,从模仿创新到自主创新,取得了避专利工艺和首仿药的成功。建议中国制药企业应以自身的技术实力为基础,通过国际合作提升自身创新能力。

Improvement of Technical Competence for Pharmaceutical Enterprises in China Based on Cross-case Study

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for strategic choice of technology innovation in pharmaceutical enterprises. METHODS： Based on the theory of technical innovation, using the case study method, the technology strategy, international cooperation and patent technology avoidance were analyzed in east China A Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang B Co., Ltd. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： In the aspect of international cooperation, it is mainly to establish joint venture company in Aco., Ltd., while B co., Ltd and Multi-National Enterprises （MNE） form a strategic alliance to develop new drugs cooperatively. The latter converted from the competition with MNE to cooperative development, from imitative innovation to independent innovation, and made a success of avoiding patent technology and first generic drugs. It is suggested to enhance innovation capability of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises through international cooperation based on their own technical strength.
