| 摘 要： | 再生障碍性贫血是一种临床难治性血液病,其病因病机复杂,在治疗中,病情迁延难愈,且易复发。现从中医思路,依从中医古籍并结合现代中医医家的研究,对再生障碍性贫血从肾精亏虚、脾胃虚弱、肝郁伏热、髓海瘀阻、热毒入髓5个方面进行论述。

| Abstract: | Aplastic anemia, with complicated of mechanisms, is a clinical refractory hematologic diseases. This type of anemia is protract, hard to heal and easy to relapse. According to the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine, ancient books and study of the modern traditional Chinese medicine doctors, this article will discuss five aspects from the deficiency of the kidney, spleen and kidney deficiency, toxin invasion, liver stagnation and fire, marrow and blood stasis. |
