摘    要:[目的]观察参竹精片对大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用。[方法]选用健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为模型组、参竹精片0.36、0.18、0.09 g/kg剂量组和维拉帕米对照组和假手术组,每组10只,各给药组按照设定的剂量灌胃,每日1次,连续7 d,假手术组和模型组给予等量的蒸馏水。给药7 d后,各组大鼠结扎冠状动脉左前降支缺血30 min、再灌注120 min,其中假手术组仅分离冠状动脉左前降支不结扎。观察大鼠心功能指标:左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左心室收缩末期容积(LV Vols)、左心室收缩末期内直径(LVIDs)、左心室舒张末期容积(LV Vold)、左心室舒张末期内直径(LVI Dd);检测血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量。[结果]参竹精片0.18 g/kg剂量组可增加LVEF(P0.05)、LVFS(P0.01),降低了血清CK(P0.01);参竹精片0.36 g/kg剂量组降低了LDH(P0.05)、MDA(P0.01),升高了SOD(P0.01)。[结论]参竹精片可以减轻心肌缺血/再灌注过程中的损伤,对心功能具有一定保护作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the effects of Shenzhujing tablet treatment on MI/R injury.[Methods] Sixty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into sham control group, model group, verapamil sheet group, and high, medium, low dose group of Shenzhujing tablet. After the pre-dosed 7 d, the rat model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary ischemia 30 min, reperfusion 120 min. Cardiac function was evaluated using ultra-high resolution small animal imaging system, LVEF, LVFS, LVIDs, LV Vols, LVIDd, LV Vold were observed; serum MDA, SOD, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) were detected.[Results] Shenzhujing tablet 0.18 g/kg may significantly improve ejection fraction (P <0.05), left ventricular shortening fraction (P<0.01),and reducethe level of serum CK (P<0.01); Shenzhujing tablet 0.36 g/kg can reduce the level of serum LDH(P<0.05), MDA(P<0.01), and increase the level of serum SOD(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Shenzhujing tablet can reduce myocardial ischemia/reperfusion damage and improve the cardiac function.
