摘    要:转化医学是医学研究的一种新模式,是在实验室研究和临床医疗之间建立的一条快速通道,是基础研究与临床研究的相互转化和促进。人类与传染性疾病抗争过程中发明了疫苗,疫苗的产生和发展过程也是与相关学科和技术相互转化的过程。作者以3种与肿瘤相关的疫苗开发为例,展现疫苗的研发过程、现有疫苗存在的问题以及利用新技术解决这些问题的思考。在人类面临新出现的传染性疾病、病原体变异导致的再现传染性疾病威胁的今天,搭建科研院校—疫苗生产企业—疾控中心的产学研平台,促进科研成果的快速转化,利用新技术改进传统疫苗、研制新型疫苗,预期会有更多安全有效的疫苗问世。

Abstract:Translational medicine is a new model of medical research. It is a fast channel between the laboratory research and clinical medicine. It is the transformation and promotion of basic research and clinical research each other. In the course of resistance infectious disease, human invented the vaccine. Vaccine production and development process are also transformation process of related science and technique. In this paper,described three tumor related vaccine development, present problems of existing vaccines and use of new technologies to solve these problems. Today, human face the threat of emerging infectious diseases and re emerging infectious diseases caused by pathogen mutation. We should set up scientific research institutions vaccine production enterprises center for disease control production and research cooperation platform and promote the rapid transformation of scientific research results. It is expected to be more safe and effective vaccine using new technology to improve traditional vaccines and development of new vaccines
