细芥敷贴粉治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性期的疗效观察

目的]通过小样本随机平行对照临床研究,研究细芥敷贴粉治疗儿童哮喘急性期的临床疗效。方法]对符合诊断标准的支气管哮喘急性期(轻中度)患儿120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。其中治疗组为中医综合治疗,对照组为单纯中药口服组,两组研究治疗1周,观察小儿咳嗽、咯痰、喘促症状,肺部体征改善,精神、鼻塞、流涕、面色、食欲、二便、舌脉等中医证候变化改善情况,及其改善起效时间。结果]细芥敷贴粉联合中药口服治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性期的愈显率为95.00%,明显优于单纯中药口服治疗组。在止咳、化痰、平喘的疗效均优于单纯中药口服治疗。中医证候疗效的愈显率为78.33%,高于对照组。在改善喷嚏流涕方面优于对照组。在喘促、咯痰、肺部体征改善起效时间均短于对照组。结论]细芥敷贴粉治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性期可显著提高临床疗效。

Investigation of clinical therapeutic effect of application powder on treating in pediatric asthma

Objective] To study the clinical effect of the Xijie application powder in the treatment of children with acute asthma. And to evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Xijie application powder on pediatric asthma.Method] One hundred and twenty children of pediatric asthma in acute period were randomized into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated by basic western and medical treatments. Besides these,60 children in treatment group were treated by Xijie application powder. The others in control group were treated by only medical medicine. Not only pediatric pneumonia clinical symptoms such as cough, phlegm, shortness breath, and lung rale, but also TCM syndrome like spirit, nasal congestion, rhinorrhoea, facial complexion, skin temperature, appetite, defecation, urination, tongue and pulse were observed after one week treatment in both groups.Results] In treatment group, the total recovery rate was 95% and TCM syndrome recovery rate was 83.34% in acute period. The effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group (P<0.05). The effect on relieving cough, reducing phlegm, in treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Improvements on nasal congestion in treatment group were more effective than those in control group (P<0.05). The onset time of relieving cough and shortness breath, reducing phlegm in treatment group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion] Treatment of pediatric asthma could improve the both clinical effect and TCM syndrome by Xijie application powder and traditional Chinese medicine in acute period. Treatment of pediatric asthma by Xijie application powder and traditional Chinese medicine could shorten the course of disease. It is worth further study and applying in clinic.
