丹参对实验性大鼠矽肺肺泡巨噬细胞氧化和抗氧化损伤的动态影响

摘    要:本实验动态观察了丹参对肺泡巨噬细胞氧化和抗氧化系统在实验性大鼠矽肺发生发展过程中的影响。结果表明,在染尘后7、15天丹参组肺泡巨噬细胞MDA的含量和共轭二烯的含量均低于石英尘组,以后二者逐渐接近,和正常对照组无差异。而GSH-Px的活性在染尘后30、60天丹参组高于石英尘组,说明丹参具有保护该酶的作用。作者认为丹参阻抑肺纤维化和其抑制肺泡巨噬细胞脂质过氧化反应有关。

Abstract:The effect of Danshen on oxidant and anti-oxidant system in experimental silicosis of rat was studied. The results showed that the level of MDA of alveolar macrophages in Danshen group during the 7 th and 15 th days after instillation was significantly lower than those in quartz group. By the development of silicosis, the levels of MDA in two groups were gradually matched with the control group, however the activities of GSH-Px in Danshen group was higher than that of quartzgroup. It also indicated that the oxidant effect might play an important role in the early stage of silicosis and anti-oxidant effect might he in an active state in the whole stage instead. Danshen could suppress oxidant effect caused by quartz.
