摘    要:目的 探讨不同方法消毒呼吸机管道的效果。方法 对连续使用7 d的呼吸机管道分别采用5%有效氯清洗消毒剂浸泡(方法A)、全自动清洗消毒器经济程序(方法B)和严格消毒程序(方法C)方法消毒,于消毒前后采样进行细菌培养及细菌菌落计数。结果 消毒前所有样本细菌培养阳性率100.00%,呼吸机管道细菌数超过1万cfu/cm2,湿化器中湿化水细菌数为20万~140万cfu/ml。消毒后细菌杀灭率均达标,方法C的细菌阳性率为零,与方法A、B比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);方法A与方法B比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 呼吸机管道和湿化器的污染相当严重,3种消毒方法均能达到高水平消毒,但全自动清洗消毒器严格程序消毒效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the disinfectant effects of different methods on the ventilator circuits and humidifiers. Methods The soaking disinfection with 5 % available chlorine disinfectant (method A), economic program (method B) and the strict program (method C) of the fully automatic washer disinfector were used to disinfect the ventilator circuits and humidifiers consecutively used for 7 days. Samples from circuits and humidifiers were cultured before and after disinfection, and the numbers of bacterium colony forming unit (CPU) were counted. Results Bacteria were found from all samples before disinfection) and the average of CPU was more than 10 000 cfu/cm2 in the ventilator circuits and 200 000-1 400 000 cfu/ml in the humidifiers. No bacteria were found after disinfection in method C group, with the difference being statistically significant as compared with methods A and B (P<0. 05). Conclusion The ventilator circuit and humidifier were contaminated seriously. The 3 types of disinfections are all effective, but the strict program is best.
