| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三叉神经标本的最佳制作方法。方法常规人体解剖器械凿开下颌管,沿神经分支逆向寻找其主干制作三叉神经标本。结果该方法制作的三叉神经标本显示了下牙槽神经、舌神经加入舌神经的鼓索支、眼神经及分支、颧神经支与泪腺神经两者的交通支、耳颞神经两神经根夹持的脑膜中动脉。结论该方法可行性强,避免了标本制作中下牙槽神经的损坏,显示了睫状神经节。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best method of making specimen of trigeminal nerve.Methods Chiseling the mandibular canal and seeking retrorsely its host from the nerve branch by conventional autopsy equipment to make trigeminal nerve specimen.Results This method of producing the specimens demonstrateed inferior alveolar nerve,lingual nerve,tympanic cord nerve,ophthalmic nerve with all branches,communicating branch between zygomatic nerve and lacrimal nerve,both of nerve roots of auriculotemporal nerve gripping middle meningeal artery.Conclusion The method is very feasible,as it may avoid damage to inferior alveolar nerve and can demonstrate ciliary ganglion. |
