小肠血管畸形致下消化道出血的外科诊治分析

目的探讨小肠血管畸形致下消化道出血的选择性动脉造影结合术中内镜诊断及外科手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法对14例小肠血管畸形致下消化道出血的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果出血期选择性肠系膜数字减影血管造影确诊10例，术中肠镜检查确诊4例，本组手术12例，2例行DSA栓塞成功，全组治愈率100％。结论选择性动脉造影结合术中内镜是目前小肠血管畸形较理想的诊断方法，外科手术是治疗小肠血管畸形出血最有效方法。

Small Intestine and Discuss the Operative Method of this Disease

Objective To evaluate the effect of selective mesenteric angiography and operative enterescopy in the diagnosis of vascular malformation of small intestine and discuss the operative method of this disease. Methods The clinical data of 14 cases of lower gastrointestinal bleeding caused by vascular malformation of small intestine were analyzed retrospectively. Results 10 cases were confirmed to suffer from vascular malformation of small intestine by selective mesenteric angiography. 4 cases by operative endoscopic examination, and 12 cases received operation, 2 cases were cured by DSA emboslism. Conclusions The DSA and operative opicendosc of this disease are recommendable.
