| 中西医结合治疗食管源胸痛的疗效观察 |

| 摘 要： | 探讨中西医结合治疗食管源胸痛的疗效,以提高临床治疗食管源胸痛的疗效。应用中药四逆丹参饮加减及奥美拉唑肠溶片口服(20mg/d)对28例食管源胸痛进行临床观察,全部患者经内镜、食管测压、酸返流试验等形态学及动力学检查诊断。研究结果表明:中药四逆丹参饮与奥美拉唑肠溶片联合服用对各种原因引起的食管源胸痛均有明显的止痛效果,总有效率为92.9%.

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of treating Chest Pain due to Esophagus With Combined TCM and WM, 28 cases of Chest Pain due to Esophagus have been treated with modification of Sinidanshen decoction combined with oral administration of. The results showed that treating Chest Pain due to Esophagus with modification of Sinidanshen decoction combined with oral administration of have distinct anti-pain effects. The overall effective rate was 92.9%. |
