心房颤动伴缺血性脑卒中患者炎症因子水平变化及他汀类药物抗炎作用的临床研究

目的观察心房颤动伴缺血性脑卒中患者炎症因子水平变化及他汀类药物抗炎作用。方法选择308例患者为研究对象,分为心房颤动组（AF组）及心房颤动伴缺血性脑卒中组（AFIS组）,择期测定HsCRP、IL-6、TNF-α。给予阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg每日一次口服,连用两周后再次进行上述指标检测。结果 AFIS组患者炎症因子HsCRP,IL-6,TNF-α水平均明显高于AF组患者,AFIS患者炎症因子水平与病情轻重及梗死面积的大小有关,治疗后患者炎症因子HsCRP,IL-6,TNF-α水平明显降低。结论 AFIS组患者较AF组患者有更高的炎症水平,其炎症因子水平与病情轻重及梗死面积的大小有关,他汀类药物对此治疗有效。

The change of inflammatory factors levels of atrial fibrillation patients with ischemic stroke and the anti- inflammatory effects of statins drugs

Objective To observe the change of inflammatory factors levels of atrial fibrillation patients with ischemic stroke,and statins’ anti-inflammatory effect.Methods 308 patients were divided into atrial fibrillation group(AF group)and atrial fibrillation associated with ischemic stroke group(AFIS group).HsCRP,IL-6 and TNF-alpha were detected after two week administration of atorvastatin calcium(Lipitor)20mg once daily orally and continuously.Result The inflammatory factors levels HsCRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of AFIS patients were in average significantly higher than those of AF group patients.The inflammatory factors levels of AFIS patients were related to the severity and the size of the infarct size.The inflammatory factors levels including HsCRP,IL-6,TNF-α were significantly reduced after treatment in patients.Conclusion the AFIS group patients have higher levels of inflammation than those of the AF group patients,and their inflammatory factors level were related to the severity and the size of the infarct size.In addition,Statin drugs were effective for this treatment.
