| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨动态脑电监测技术在临床应用中的价值及优越性。方法：对我院采用MB8000型8号AEEG仪监测的1466例AEEG资料进行分析。结果：AEEG正常479例（32．7％），异常987例（67．3％）。其中癫痫836例，正常106例（12．7％），非特异性异常61例（7．3％），痫样放电669例（80．0％）。结论：AEEG 24h全信息监测脑电变化，实时显示癫痫放电频率特征，准确判定癫痫病灶范围，及时识别大脑功能的瞬时变化，测定分析睡眠障碍等已明显优于REEG。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the siginificance and advantages of technology of AEEG in clinical applicatim. Methods:Through analyzing the 1466 cases which processed by the type of MB8000 machine,we got following results. Results:Normal cases are 479 (32. 7%),Abnormal cases are 987(67- 3%). Meanwhile,in these abnormal cases,there are 836 epilepsy cases,106 normal cases and 61 showed nonspecific abnomality(7. 3%). Also, there are 669 cases of epileptiform discharge (80.0%). Conclusions: AEEG could monitor all information in 24 hours, real - time present the characteristics of AEEG, when the epilepsy attacked,estimate the extent of epilepsy foci exactly,identify the instant change of brain function in time,was better than REEG in analyzing the abnormal sleep. |
