小儿非细菌性下呼吸道感染病原学研究

目的研究小儿非细菌性下呼吸道感染病原体种类及感染特点。方法选择下呼吸道感染住院患儿186例，采用ELISA方法分别检测患儿急性期及恢复期流感病毒A、流感病毒B、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体血清抗体。用PCR技术检测肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体。结果186例患儿非细菌性病原体检出率为42．5％。检出流感病毒A12例(6．4％)、流感病毒B5例(2．7％)、副流感病毒3例(1．6％)、呼吸道合胞病毒23例(12．4％)、腺病毒4例(2．2％)、肺炎支原体26例(13．9％)、肺炎衣原体6例(3．2％)。结论非细菌性病原体在小儿下呼吸道感染中占重要地位，病原学诊断对指导临床治疗有重要价值。

Research of etiology in children's lower respiratory tract non-bacterial infection

Objective To explore the epidemiology of children's non bacterial infection of inferior respiratory.Methods 186 cases of lower respiratory tract infection were checked the blood antibody of influenza Virus A,influenza Virus B,parainflvenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus,mycoplasma pneumaniae and chlamydia pneumoniae in acute period and recover period by ELISA.The PCR technique was used to examine mycoplasma pneumaniae and chlamydia pneumoniae.Results Of 186 cases,the rate of check of pathogenic was 42.5%,12 cases(6.4%),influenza virus A,5 cases(2.7%),influenza virus B,3 cases(1.6%),parainfluenza virus,23 cases(12.4%),respiratory syncytial virus,4 cases(2.2%),adenovirus,26 cases(13.9%),mycoplasma pneumaniae,6 cases(3.2%) chlamydia pneumoniae.Conclusion It was important of check of non bacterial pathogene in children's lower respiratory tract infection epidemiology diagnosis was valuable in clinical treatment.
