粉苞苣化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究粉苞苣的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱及波谱法进行化学成分结构鉴定。结果:从乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:5 ,7,3′,4′- 四羟基黄酮(Ⅰ) ,5 ,7,4′- 三羟基- 3′- 甲氧基黄酮(Ⅱ) ,5 ,3′,4′- 三羟基黄酮- 7- O- β- D- 葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ) ,5 ,7,4′- 三羟基黄酮(Ⅳ) ,β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ) ,豆甾醇(Ⅵ)和熊果酸(Ⅶ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Chondrilla piptocoma. METHOD: The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column and the structures were elucidated by the NMR spectra and physico-chemical properties. RESULT: Seven compounds were obtained and they are identified as luteolin, 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3'-methoxy flavone, luteolin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, apigenin, beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, ursolic acid. CONCLUSION: All the compounds were obtained from C. piptocoma for the first time.
