| 摘 要： | 加强医患沟通是建立良好医患关系的基础,培养医学生医患沟通能力既是顺应现代医学高等教育发展的需要,更是改善医学生医患沟通能力缺失现状的需要。培养医学生医患沟通能力可通过增强社会人文素质培养、换位思考、健康教育实践及改善考核机制等途径来实现。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the communication between doctors and patients is the foundation of a better doctor-patient relationship,so the kind is the needs of the developing modern medical education as well as the needs to improve and mend the present unsound doctor-patient relationship.The paper further suggests that the students’ communication ability can be gained by the ways of humanity quality cultivation,by the requirement of "role-replacing consideration",by proper clinical practices and by the improvement of merit rating system. |
