皂帽花的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究皂帽花(Dasymaschalon trichophorum Mer)的化学成分,以期得到有活性的先导化合物。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从皂帽花的石油醚层、三氯甲烷层和乙酸乙酯层萃取物中共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为5-methoxydasytrichone (1)、(2R,3R)-3,5,7,3′,4′-五羟基双氢黄烷 (2)、dasytrichone (3)、3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-β-D-glucopyranoside (4)、N-反式-咖啡酰基对羟基苯乙胺(5)、1′,4-dihydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-8,4′-oxyneoligna-7,9-diol (6)、白藜芦醇 (7)、柚皮素(8)、二氢山柰酚 (9)、圣草酚 (10)。结论 除化合物3外,其余9个化合物为首次从皂帽花属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Dasymaschalon trichophorum Mer. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. RESULTS Ten compounds were obtained from petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction and chloroform fraction of water extraction of Dasymaschalon trichophorum Mer. They were identified as 5-methoxydasytrichone(1),(2R,3R)-3,5,7,3′,4′-pentahydroxyflavane(2),dasytrichone(3),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), N-trans-caffeoyltyramine(5),1′,4-dihydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-8,4′-oxyneoligna-7,9-diol(6),resveratrol(7), naringetol(8),dihydrokaempferol(9) and eriodictyol(10). CONCLUSION Compounds 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 are isolated from Dasymaschalon trichophorum Mer for the first time.
