贾第虫种类、基因型及其分子流行病学研究进展

摘    要:贾第虫是一种重要的人兽共患肠道原虫,其中蓝氏贾第虫分类较为复杂,至少包含7个(A-G)有效集聚体。基于有限的形态学和宿主特异性研究无法准确鉴定贾第虫基因型及其传播途径,分子生物学分析方法有效地解释了贾第虫病复杂的流行病学及其人兽共患传播机制。

Abstract:Giardia is a genus of significant zoonotic intestinal protozoon, the G. lamblia which contains at least seven (A-G) valid assemblages of complex species. Due to its invariant morphology and host specificity, the Giardia genotypes and transmission patterns could not he exactly identified, although molecular evaluations have been able to help unravel the complex epidemiology and zoonotic transmission mechanism.
