摘    要:将单味红枣液加入营养肉汤(简称红枣肉汤)做10种细菌90瓶模拟菌血标本的增菌培养,并与营养肉汤进行比较。结果红枣肉汤增菌阳性率为94.44%,营养肉汤为81.11%,经McNemarχ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。表明使用红枣肉汤作为血液标本的增菌培养基,可提高细菌检出率。

The laboratory observation of improved enriched medium of blood preparation with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract:The enriching culture of 90 bottles of simulated blood sample of bacteria were conducted, including ten species of bacterium with the single solution of jujube mixed with nutrient broth(jujube broth for short hereinafter), and then compare the result with that of using the nutrient broth only. Basically, many kinds of the bacterium grow better in the jujube broth medium. The difference has significant meaning based on McNemar χ^2 test (P〈0.01), compared with using the nutrient broth, detection rate of bacteria can be raised by using jujube broth as the enriched medium of blood sample.
