| 摘 要： | 浙江省自1989年达到基本消除丝虫病标准后,开展了包括健康教育在内的慢性丝虫病病人社区管理和照料。本文根据慢性丝虫病人年龄大、病程长、文化程度相对较低的特点,提出应当结合诊治和随访开展主要内容为慢性丝虫病病人社区管理和照料的相关政策及日常护理知识的面对面健康教育。

| Abstract: | Including health education, the community management and care of chronic filariasis patients were carried out in Zhejiang Province where filariasis had been eliminated basically in 1989. In this article, the strategies of combination treatment and follow-up to carry out the face- to -face health education were proposed, because of the oldness, long course of disease and low level of education of chronic filariasis. The main elements of health education are the policies and knowledge of community management and care. |
