老年人原发性支气管肺癌86例临床分析

本文报道老年人肺癌86例,占同期收治的426例肺癌的20.19％。其中男性77例,女性9例。年龄在60～78岁之间。有吸烟史者73例,占84.88％。误诊率为67.44％。咳嗽75例(87.21％),痰血43例(50.00％),胸闷41例(47.67％),胸痛31例(36.05％)。分型中心型67例(77.91％),周围型19例(22.09％)。所有病例均经病理细胞学确诊,鳞癌57例(66.28％),未分化癌17例(19.77％),腺癌12例(13.95％)。老年人肺癌单纯化疗疗效欠佳。

Clinical Analysis on 86 Cases Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma in the Aged

Eighty six cases of primary bronchogenic carcinoma in the aged are reported. of the 86 cases 77 were males and 9 females. The age ranged from 60 to 78, with an average of 64.26 years. They comprised 20.19% of the 426 bronchogenic carcinoma, patieats admittes to the hospital in the same period, Among the 86 patiets 75 (87.21%) had symptoms of cough, 43 (50.00%) hemoptysis, 41(47.67%) chest discress and 31 (30.05%) chest pain. The primary lesions of 67 cases were situated in the hilas of the lungs (37 cases in the right and 30 cases in the left), 49 cases belonged to the peripheral type ( cases in the right lung and 9 cases in the left lung) All cases were diagnosed histonathologically. There were 57 cases (66.28%) of squamous cell carcinoma, 17 cases (19.27%) of undifferentiated carcinoma, and 12 (13.95%) of ade ocarcinoma. Most of these cases were of late stages. No therapeutic effect of chemotherapy was noticed and the prognosis was poor.
