血液净化技术在急性毒蕈中毒治疗中的应用

目的观察联合应用血液净化技术治疗肝损害型毒蕈中毒临床疗效。方法13例毒蕈毒素致肝损害（其中1例并发中毒性心肌炎），在药物治疗同时，13例均联合应用血液透析（HD）加血液灌流（HP）。结果根据病情不同，其中2例行连续性静静脉血液滤过（CVVH），3例行血浆置换（PE），进行抢救治疗，成功率100％。结论根据病情及早选择不同的血液净化治疗，病情恢复快、预后好，可降低死亡率，提高成功率。

The Application of Blood Purification Technology in the Rescue of Acute Mushroom Poisoning.

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of associated applying blood purification technology to treat mushroom poisoning of hepatic lesion model. Methods Thirteen cases of hepatic lesion caused by toadstool toxin, among one case was complicated by toxic myocarditis. During the drug treatment, all the thirteen cases were associated applied hemodialysis （HD） and accompanied with HP. Results According to the different situations,two cases were used continuous venovenous hemofitation （CVVH）, and three cases were used plasmapheresis（PE）. When they were treated as above mentioned, the success ratios were 100%. Conclusion According to different situations to select different blood purification as early as possible will make the patients recover fast and well. Besides, it can decrease death ratios and increase success ratios.
