通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗作用和对C反应蛋白的影响

目的 观察通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效和对C反应蛋白的影响。方法82例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加服通心络胶囊，疗程均为4周。分别于治疗前和治疗4周后观察病情变化并检测C反应蛋白。结果 两组治疗后病情较前均有好转、C反应蛋白较治疗前均降低（P〈0．01）；治疗组疗效较对照组为好，（P〈0．05）；C反应蛋白差值较对照组大（P〈0．05）。结论 通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsul on C - reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on the therapeutic effect and C - reactive protein（CRP） in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 82 cases with unstable angina pectoffs were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the treatment group. 40 cases in the control group were treated by routine therapy; 42 cases in the treatment group, were treated with Tongxinluo Capsule on the basis of routine therapy, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. To observe the therapeutic effect and the CRP 4 weeks before and after treatment in both groups. Result The therapeutic effect was better than before and CRP decreased significiantly after treatment in both groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The therapeutic effect in treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. CRP difference in treatment group was obviously greater than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsule is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris.
