改良非脱垂子宫经阴道切除32例分析

目的探讨改良非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的优点。方法自2003年9月起笔者所在医院对非脱垂子宫行改良阴道切除术（TVH）32例，与同期指征相似的经腹全切术除外（TAH）40例进行分析比较。结果TVH组手术均成功，无术中、术后并发症，手术期间肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间均短于TAH组，两组差异有显著性（P〈0．05），出血量差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论rrVH组损伤小、恢复快，是一种较好的手术方法。

Clinical Analysis of Improved Eransvaginal Hysterectomy for Non - Prolapsed Uterus of 30 Cases

Objective To discuss the advantages operative postulates of improved transvaginal hysterectomg for non - prolapsed uterus. Methods Improved the transvaginal hysterectomy （ TVH ） for non - prolapapsed uterus in 32 cases were compared with the transadbominal hysterectomy （ TAH ） in 40 cases. They were chosen randoly from sep 2003. Results Compared with the TAH group. The TVH group which was operated successfully without complications duting of after operation, had a singificantly reduction in operation time. Anus exhaustion, the first time to move about, hospitalization time（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in volume of blood loss in the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion With less damage and quicker recovery,the TVH is a good operative method.
