CD44V6、突变型p53和PCNA在胃癌中的表达

目的 :探讨CD4 4V6、突变型p5 3和PCNA在胃癌中的表达及与其生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S P法研究了 6 8例胃癌组织中CD4 4V6、突变型p5 3、PCNA的表达。结果 :6 8例胃癌CD4 4V6阳性表达率 4 4 1% (30 / 6 8) ,其表达与胃癌的组织类型的分化等级、浸润程度和有无淋巴结转移有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。突变型p5 3在 6 8例胃癌中阳性检出率为 5 1 5 % (35 / 6 8) ,其表达在胃癌的组织类型和分化程度两组间未见明显差异 ,而在浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移的两组间有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。PCNA的表达与病理分级、浸润深度有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :CD4 4V6、突变型p5 3蛋白和PCNA可作为评价胃癌预后的重要指标

The expression of CD44V6,p53 and PCNA in gastric cancer

Objective:To evaluate the expression of CD44V6,p53 and PCNA in gastric cancer and investigate its relationship to histopathological features.Methods:The expression of CD44V6,p53 and PCNA was evaluated in 68 specimens of gastric cancer by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rate of CD44V6 was 44 1%(30/68).The expression of CD44V6 was related to histological type, degree of infiltration and lymph node metastasis. The difference was significant between the two groups ( P <0 05). The positive rate of mutant p53 is 51 5%. The expression of p53 was related to depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis. The difference was significant between the two groups ( P <0 05). The expression of PCNA was related to pathological grade and depth of infiltration. The difference was significant ( P <0 05).Conclusion:CD44V6,p53 and PCNA may be used as a hopeful marker for predicting the metastasis potential of gastric carcinoma and the prognosis of these patients.
