| 摘 要： | 本文报告5例老年患者,首发症状均表现为全身多处疼痛,进一步检查证实为转移性骨肿瘤,其中4例原发病灶未能明确。提示在老年人疼痛疾病诊疗过程中医生应该具备扎实的医学基础理论知识,进行详细、全面的病史询问和体检,采取合理的辅助检查方法及诊治流程,拓展临床思维,积极寻找原发病,以免漏诊、误诊。

| Abstract: | Five cases of old patients with primary symptom of pain all over the body were found as metastatic bone tumor after different kinds of diagnostic procedure.It is emphasized that doctors must have strong basic medical theory,taking detailed and wholly medical history and physical examination,proper examining tests and procedure,as well as wide clinical thought to find out the primary disease,avoiding missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. |
