半导体激光联合药物治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效分析

目的观察半导体激光联合药物治疗带状疱疹引发的神经痛的有效性。方法100例带状疱疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用半导体激光波长830 nm,功率350 mW,在疼痛部位周围选取3～5个痛点直接照射,每点3～5 min,每日1次,同时应用抗病毒药物及提高免疫制剂。对照组仅用抗病毒及提高免疫制剂,药物及用法同治疗组。结果治疗组疼痛缓解及疱疹消退的有效率为94%(47/50例)显著高于对照组76%(38/50例)(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论半导体激光照射联合药物治疗是一种安全有效的治疗带状疱疹神经痛的方法。

Therapeutic effect of semiconductor laser with drugs on herpes zoster neuralgia

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of semiconductor laser with drugs on the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods One hundred patients with herpes zoster were divided ran- domiy into treatment group and control group,50 patients in each group.In the treatment group,the patients were treated with semiconductor laser with wavelength 830 nm and power 350 roW;during the course,three to five pain points were radiated directly by laser,for 3-5 minutes in each point and once a day,plus anti- viral drugs and drugs promoting immunity.In the control group,the patients were treated with anti-viral drugs and drugs promoting immunity.Results In the treatment group,the recovery rate of pain and herpes 94% (47/50 cases) were significantly higher than that in the control group 76% (38/50 cases),(P<0.05). Conclusion Semiconductor laser with drugs is a safe and effective method for the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.
