不同浓度阿霉素治疗三叉神经痛疗效的对比研究

目的观察不同浓度的阿霉素用于三叉神经痛毁损治疗的临床效果和副作用。方法选择三叉神经痛患者76例,随机分为3组:0.33%阿霉素组、0.5%阿霉素组和1%阿霉素组。根据疼痛的部位不同选择相应的神经干或神经末梢注射不同浓度的阿霉素,观察记录3组患者神经毁损后2周、6个月、2年的疼痛强度和缓解程度以及毁损的副作用。结果0.33%组阿霉素2周、6个月、2年的疼痛缓解度远低于另外两组(P<0.05)。0.5%和1%阿霉素组的2周、6个月的临床疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05),但2年疗效1%的阿霉素明显优于0.5%的阿霉素组(P<0.05)。结论0.5%和1%浓度的阿霉素对三叉神经痛治疗效果较好,1%浓度的阿霉素远期疗效好于0.5%的阿霉素,但副作用较明显。

A comparative study of different concentration adriamycin for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and adverse effects of different concen- tration adriamycin on trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Seventy-six patients with trigeminal neuralgia were divided into three groups randomly:0.33% adriamycin,0.5% adriamycin and 1% adriamycin.Nerve trunk or peripheral nerve were blocked with differenet concentration adriamycin on the basis of neuralgia area. Pain intensity,pain relief and adverse effects were recorded at 2 week,6 month,2 year after treatment. Results The pain in 0.33% adriamycin group was relieved significantly,but less than the other groups at 2 week,6 month,2 year after treatment (P<0.05).There were no significant differences of therapeutic effects at 2 week,6 month between the groups of 0.5% adriamycin and 1% adriamycin(P>0.05).Other- wise the therapeutic effects of 1% adriamycin group was increased significantly at 2 year than 0.5% adria- mycin group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of trigeminal neuralgia is better in groups of 0.5% adriamycin and 1% adriamyein than that in 0.33% adriamycin.The long-term effects is better in 1% adriamycin group than that in 0.5% adriamycin group,but adverse effects are increased.
