胆总管探查后一期缝合并术中置胆道内支架引流术与T管引流术的比较

目的探讨胆总管探查后胆总管置胆道内支架引流并一期缝合的可行性及效果。方法对61例行胆总管探查后胆总管置胆道内支架引流并一期缝合患者(A组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。并以常规胆总管切开探查放置T管为对照(B组),分析比较两组术后拔管时间、住院时间。结果 A组61例手术均获成功,拔除内支架时间为术后第7天,术后住院时间为9～12d,平均10d;B组59例手术均获成功,拔除T管时间为术后第17天,术后住院时间为20～23d,平均22d。两组均未发生严重并发症。结论胆总管探查后胆总管置胆道内支架内引流并一期缝合是安全可行的。

Comparison of primary suture and biliary stent insertion with T-tube drainage after choledochotomy
