| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌患者胰腺被膜肿瘤微转移的诊断方法.方法 采用RT-PCR法,检测CK20 mRNA和CEA mRNA在胃癌患者胰腺被膜组织中的表达.结果 67例胰腺被膜组织CK20 mRNA和CEA mRNA均阳性(微转移阳性)者22例(32.8%).胃癌胰腺被膜转移与肿瘤的浸润深度、肿瘤的部位、病理分型、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05),而与患者年龄、性别无关(P＞0.05).结论 RT-PCR法检测CK20和CEA的mRNA是诊断胃癌胰腺被膜微转移灵敏方法.胰腺被膜微转移与胃癌的恶性程度正相关,其检测对胃癌根治术的清扫范围有指导意义.
